I hope y’all had an amazing 4th of July. We spent the day building a pavilion. Yep- The Mean Man and I are putting together the pavilion we purchased at Sams. The base is done and we’re still married! Seriously though, it’s going to b be fantastic when it’s all done. We’ve been really trying to knock out back yard projects since spring.
Balancing projects around the house with my furniture refinishing is always a challenge but one that gives me a purpose. I love the creative process that happens when I take an old sad piece of furniture and turn it into something amazing. My latest piece almost did me in but turned out great. It’s a great lesson in sticking with something and seeing it through. Check it out at my Facebook page.
Now let’s get to the amazing projects y’all share week to week. I love exploring all of your posts, whether recipes, home decor, and other inspiration. We appreciate your contributions every week.
Feature Pick
My feature pick for this week are these beautiful DIY Bathroom Shelves for under $25 from Rain on a Tin Roof. This is an easy project, but it’s the details that make it so fantastic. These are seriously pretty shelves and such a great idea, especially if you need extra storage space.
