It’s time to party!
The calendar says “it’s fall y’all”. All of the craft store displays say “it’s fall, y’all.” But the weather man says, “Go home Texas, you’re drunk.” IT WAS 93 DEGREES HERE YESTERDAY! Ugh! Don’t get me wrong, you KNOW I love summer weather… but only when it’s IN the summer! It’s hard to feel all fallish and cuddly when it’s so hot. BUT one thing that can get me in that Thanksgiving spirit is all of the amazing fall posts y’all are sharing at Friday Favorites. So many ideas… so little time!
My feature pick for this week is Crispy Roasted Sweet Potatoes from All That’s Jas. I think that this dish would be great as a side or as a snack. Maybe with some kind of sweet dipping sauce. It certainly looks delicious.
